Meet Gracie
A people person with an attentive eye to detail, Gracie is always focused on one thing - creatively achieving the best results possible for the task at hand. Whether it's small-scale (such as fine-tuning a PowerPoint) or large-scale (such as providing research for growing businesses), Gracie can convert any project into an organized, user-friendly masterpiece.
Gracie's Story
As far back as she can remember, Gracie has enjoyed a combination of innate abilities that have carried through to make her who she is today: organized, determined, and accepting. Gracie's knack for structure and order, her keen sense of determination, and her skill of relating to people no matter their differences, give her a sense of accomplishment and help her in achieving top results.
During high school, Gracie's talents were beneficial to the Associated Student Body, where she worked with the school staff in planning staff appreciation weeks and events. Also during this time, Gracie accepted a position as the Concierge at a local retirement home. As the residents' and visitors' go-to person to get their questions answered, Gracie was responsible for providing them with accurate information and with friendly customer service. For Gracie, this was no problem. With an open attitude, she was able to learn a lot about how to communicate with people of different ages, backgrounds, and expectations - a skill she now practices daily.
Intrigued by the art of communication, Gracie is currently studying Communication at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Finding her niche in graphic design and public relations, she is volunteering for the University's magazine club by designing pages, performing public relations, and writing columns.

As the Program Coordinator at Collaboration, Gracie aims to make things easy to find, user-friendly, and accessible to the office staff. Whether that means reorganizing areas of the office or reformatting and organizing documents, Gracie believes that everything has a specific place and she enjoys making it that way.
With a professional passion for the creative aspects of business, Gracie's role at Collaboration is a perfect fit for her. She's able to put her creativity to work as she takes the staffs' ideas through to implementation.
A Little Known Fact about Gracie
A football fan? No, more like a football fanatic - that's Gracie. Growing up in a family who were all Ohio State football fanatics, she really had no choice. Every Christmas she and her family make Buckeye Candies that resemble the team's mascot, the Buckeye - a tradition she'll make life-long.
