Connect with Bob Biddinger

Most Collaboration clients will never meet Bob Biddinger. Bob is behind the scenes, providing some of the same services to Collaboration that they provide to others. Even the pros benefit from outside perspective and guidance.

Bob likes to tell people he’s “somewhat retired” but nobody has seen him stand still long enough to determine if it’s true. In addition to working with Collaboration, he often consults with start-ups. He can be found volunteering at Cal Poly in the schools of engineering and business. He’s also on the board of directors for the Avila Beach Sea Life Center.  He’s often seen paddling an outrigger canoe, teaching spin classes, or practicing yoga.

Fastworks, a consulting company specializing in new product development performance, and Seagate Technology, a leader in data storage and security, are companies Bob founded. Before these start-ups, he worked as an executive in companies such as Hewlett Packard, Memorex Corporation, and Lockheed Martin Missile and Space Company.

As a trusted advisor to Collaboration, Bob helps the organization by observing their operations, assessing their progress, and providing input and guidance regarding their business direction. Bob is a valuable mentor to the leadership team and coach to individual team members.
