Jennifer’s friendly, personable style comes naturally, but her expertise comes from years of experience and observation. Before joining Collaboration, Jennifer used the skills she learned studying international business to fine-tune effective practices in market research, customer feedback, recruitment, employee training, and customer service training.

Since joining Collaboration, Jennifer has trained hundreds of business leaders to evaluate their businesses from the customer perspective, streamline processes, identify future needs, and create functional business plans in New Venture courses.

Jennifer also consults with start-ups and established businesses, helping them build teams and implement strong infrastructures. Thanks to Jennifer’s expertise, many organizations now understand the importance of obtaining client feedback, recruiting and training staff, and evaluating their products and services.
