Lee Johnson knows there are always practices a business can employ to help them grow. Identifying those practices is one of Lee’s specialties. He often starts by helping the business owner or manager take a step back to examine things in a new light.

Lee is a big-picture thinker, but his career history includes extensive experience in companies driven by numbers and processes, including his current position as president and CEO of Mainstream Energy. He has a strong background in international trade and has worked with companies of all sizes and in all phases of the business lifecycle. This balance provides great understanding as he helps small and medium sized businesses tackle things like strategic planning and management development.
