While his career began in operations, Collaboration’s founder Michael Gunther soon realized he had a knack for identifying issues that were preventing growth within organizations. With an education in business administration and psychology, he had the right skills to create strong teams of consultants, trainers and coaches to address challenges in management, finance, marketing and operations.
In his role as managing partner at Collaboration, Michael proves the methodology of Collaboration’s trademarked R.P.M. Business Model every day. The program is based on three things: relationships, processes and measurement. Michael relies on R.P.M. as he oversees the group’s consulting practice, leads business development, and charts the organization’s growth.
When assessing other businesses, Michael is able to pinpoint behavioral or structural deficiencies and recommend programs to bring new knowledge and skills to the organizations’ leaders.
Showing businesses how things like financial management, marketing and measurement processes can impact sales growth was the impetus for founding Collaboration.
