Paden Followwill’s motivation serves her well in her role of Innovation Coordinator, where she hones existing skills and embraces new challenges every day.

Paden joined Collaboration after working with two companies who provide services for the real estate industry. In those positions, she used her research and editorial talents to create proposals and online customer satisfaction surveys, and write thousands of technology product reviews. Prior to that, she performed market research and information disbursement for a high-tech research and consulting firm.

Collaboration adds something even more fulfilling to Paden’s successful career in market research, information sharing and technology; she finally has the opportunity to see how her efforts affect real people and their businesses.

Paden contributes as Collaboration’s partners gather and present data, plan and execute projects, and consult with clients. When a partner needs an extra hand, Paden steps up to the plate with information, ideas and assistance.

Working with Collaboration is a good fit for Paden. She shares the intrinsic motivation of her peers and enjoys being part of the new visions and creative solutions that arise.
