Business Consulting

Every business is unique. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions. But there are proven methods that can help you increase sales and cash flow, improve communication and leadership, and overcome your biggest challenges.

You don’t need an MBA to have a successful business. You need support and guidance. You need information. You might need some new skills or unconventional ideas. (You probably need a sense of humor, too.)

Most of all, you need people who understand where you’re coming from and who have the experience to get you where you want to go.

Assess

Whether you’re a new business owner just starting up, a solopreneur creating a sustainable lifestyle business, or a driven entrepreneur growing your organization, we begin by assessing your business using our R.P.M. Business Model.

R.P.M. (Relationships, Processes and Measurements) is a results-driven three-part process that helps you step back and look at your business from different angles.

Plan

After assessing your business in these key areas, we define a plan of action. We immediately address critical issues including inconsistent cash flow, declining sales and profit, unclear expectations, management challenges, lack of infrastructure needed to support rapid growth and ineffective marketing.

Implement

We help you make it happen. This is the big part. We don’t just give you information. We learn who you are, where you want to go, and we get you there. Your plan is specific to your needs.

Maybe you’re a new or growing business that needs help to build systems and infrastructure. You’ll spend six to twelve months working one-on-one with a consultant, gaining the knowledge and skills needed to execute your action plan.

We might find that you’re on the right track and just need to fine-tune your existing business practices. We'll tailor a shorter term engagement to help you dive deeper into evaluations and provide you with the tools and guidance to proceed with growth and sustained profitability.

Collaboration Executive Roundtable

Once you've completed your consulting engagement, you have the opportunity to connect with a group of your peers by joining the Collaboration Executive Roundtable (CER). This group of highly motivated CEOs from non-competing industries face similar business growth issues and come together once a month to share strategies, gain fresh perspectives on business challenges, discuss best practices and assist one another in personal and professional growth all within a confidential setting.
