For business owners, having strong leaders within your companies gives you the freedom to focus on the bigger picture of your organizations and take them to new levels.

For managers, having an important title does not make you a leader, it's a distinction that is earned through a combination of experience, education, aptitude and attitude.

In this program you will explore qualities that are inherent to strong leaders, from multiple perspectives, while examining your own personal leadership strengths and weaknesses. It focuses on developing personal growth that will directly impact you professionally and within your community.

You will emerge from this program with:

• Clarity in your professional role and strengthened leadership skills
• Effective communication skills and the tools to maximize them
• The ability to delegate, motivate and achieve results from your team
• A system to manage performance and measure success

Program Outline

• January 24th - April 3rd
• Class meets every other Tuesday from 9am-12pm, 6 sessions total
• 3 monthly payments of $395
