Management Training Program

12 month program

Strengthen your management team and increase productivity. Our 12 month

program is designed to help managers:

¦ Enhance department productivity through accountability.
¦ Build a stronger team through new communication skills.
¦ Gain an understanding of the key roles of a manager.
¦ Increase your company’s performance through
  hiring and training quality employees.

Who should enroll in this program: Managers who are managing 2+

people and are pro-actively looking to further develop their

management skills.

Topics will include:

• Management vs. Leadership
• Building an effective team
• Time Management
• Delegating effectively
• Communication to team and managing upward
• Creating a vision and setting direction
• WorkTraits Personality Assessment
• Understanding self and team
• Financials and measurements
• Holding others and self accountable
• Performance reviews- how to provide effective feedback and accept feedback
• Hire and train and retain quality employees

This program will allow managers to work with other managers in the community

enhancing the opportunity to learn from one another.

Collaboration Alumni Program (CAP)

Who should enroll in this program: Designed exclusively for our former

GrowthVenture and NewVenture participants and former consulting clients to

provide further education, accountability and networking with other business

owners. The program was created based on the challenges that we hear from

our clients regularly.

Commonly missed from business owners:
• Monthly goal creation and charting to move the business forward
• Accountability from someone to make sure their goals are being achieved
• Camaraderie from other business owners to keep them motivated and

energized about their business and what they are trying to create
• Continued education for personal and professional development
• A forum of like minded to people to work through challenges that are

going on the in the business that need to be addressed immediately

The CAP program solves this issue with business owners.
