San Luis Obispo, CA – The San Luis Obispo based Human Resources Association of the Central Coast (HRACC) will hold its monthly meeting Tuesday, March 10, from 11:30 – 1, at the Madonna Inn. The featured speaker is Michael Gunther, President of Collaboration LLC, business growth specialists. Gunther will be discussing how to ensure that business owners and their managers are on the right track with their employees; ensuring their continued productivity and positive attitude during these tough economic times. He will also share some strategies to assist individuals who are being laid off so that employers and human resources managers can prepare them for what lies ahead, while maintaining a positive attitude towards the organization. The Human Resources Association of the Central Coast (HRACC) is a not-for-profit organization providing educational opportunities and a network for local Human Resource Professionals, students and company managers who are responsible for personnel functions in their organizations. Meetings are the second Tuesday of the month, from 11:30 – 1 pm, at the Madonna Inn. Guests and non-members are welcome. Reservations must be made by Thursday, March 5.
