My business partner and I went through the Collaboration Alumni Program (CAP) and realized the importance of clear, consistent communication, especially between the two of us. Instead of assuming we are on the same page, we strive to better communicate, redirecting challenges before they negatively impact our business. Our effectiveness as managers and leaders has improved as well.
To live a balanced personal and professional life also resonated within me as a result of CAP. This balance enhances the leadership of 20/20 Creative Group and in return makes us a more progressive organization. This is non-negotiable not only for me but our team as well.
