When asked what experiences or lessons stand out most when I think about our work with Collaboration, two thoughts come to mind.
The first is the positive impact that creating shared routines of accountability had on our company culture. For many in business, the tendency is to perform the assigned tasks, individually, to get to an outcome. Yet, it’s not always clear how one’s role affects a co-worker, a process or the overall bottom line. Sharing accountability has unified our management team and the company at large, taking our efficiency and effectiveness to another level.
Also, as a business owner for over 18 years, it’s not easy to find a true business confidante and coach. Collaboration has filled these roles and continues to today.
Michael and his team are such professional managers. Whether their wise counsel entails a reality check, constructive critique, a sympathetic ear or that “tough love,” they deliver their message in a graceful and professional manner.
Collaboration brought together theory and the real world in a practical, meaningful way that will help Clever Ducks propel forward.
