Collaboration’s seminar offerings focus on three key topics: New Venture, Business Development and Team Development. Several of these seminars are based on the curriculum of the FastTrac® entrepreneurship education program – a multinational, award-winning endeavor that has provided instruction to more than 160,000 participants. NewVenture

  • FastTrac NewVenture™ assist aspiring entrepreneurs in defining their personal vision and goals and determining whether a particular business concept is a feasible opportunity.

Business Development

  • FastTrac Listening to Your Business™ is a half-day workshop designed to assist existing entrepreneurs in developing and evaluating a strategic, three-year vision for their business.
  • FastTrac GrowthVenture™ helps existing entrepreneurs learn and implement key business strategies to transform and improve their businesses. Through 3 day interactive program, business owners work on all of the components of their business including, managment structure, market research and analysis, financial budgeting, break even, pricing, profitability and operational issues.   Participants develop a business plan for implementation throughout the program.
  • Jump Start Your Sales is a customized class that provides a focused, 12-week approach to breaking down current sales barriers and taking your team’s performance to new levels.

Team Development
The educational programs under these headings are customized to your organization’s needs, and they can be undertaken independently or arranged into a unique series, based on your goals.

  • Leadership Series
    Strong leaders recognize the need to develop current managers while they also build “bench strength” for future growth. Among the many individualized programs offered in this series are: How to be a Leader and a Manager; Time Management; How to Provide Constructive Feedback; Decision-Making Skills; Planning and Goal Setting; Recruiting Skills; How to Build an Effective Team; and Managing by the Numbers.
  • Team Series
    Teamwork is an essential ingredient in a successful business environment, and Collaboration provides programs that assist with team development and effectiveness. While the specific program content is shaped to your needs, it can include issues such as team creation, team dynamics, communication and conflict resolution.
  • Communication Series
    The cornerstone of business is relationships – both internal and external. Relationships, in turn, rely on effective communication. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator as our foundation, we facilitate numerous programs to enhance communication within your business. These programs range from conflict resolution to customer service training.
