| For
those who realize the value of an outside
perspective, our consulting services help
business owners overcome challenges and
capitalize on opportunities. Collaboration’s
three-step approach includes a business
assessment using our RPM model, the creation
of a customized action plan to address critical
issues and – most importantly –
the implementation of the action plan.
Our specific consulting programs include:
Business Development
This is our core consulting offering and
centers on working one-on-one with business
owners over a six- to 12-month engagement.
The scope of the project may involve multiple
areas, such as sales growth, operational
efficiencies, financial stability and leadership
development, among others. In every case,
we identify critical business issues and
implement effective strategies to address
these issues and promote growth.
Business Advisory
Do you wish you had someone to turn to throughout
the month to discuss issues or challenges
as they arise?
What ideas or issues to do you have that
you would like feedback on from a business
consultant?
Do you want a resource to hold you accountable
to your goals each month?
Are you getting stressed running your company
alone and crave to have a key advisor to
share your thoughts with?
Do you have someone to support you in your
goals each month?
Collaboration’s Business Advisory
Program provides you a cost effective way
to obtain the knowledge and support you
want to grow your business and your own
professional development. You can choose
from two levels of support.
This program includes mid month meetings,
phone support, financial reviews, and email
support.
Collaboration
Alumni Program
The group format of this program brings
together up to 15 business owners and focuses
on peer accountability and a team approach
to helping each person achieve his or her
goals. Over the course of a year, monthly
meeting topics include areas such as leadership,
management, marketing and staff development.
At each meeting, participants have the opportunity
to bring their specific challenges to the
group for analysis and perspective.
