Steven Herring, Owner and President of All About Events shares the transformation his business undertook since seeking help and guidance from Collaboration: a decision that took two years of consideration. Herring realized that spending time figuring out cash flows, organizing the business on the back end, managing operations, and cleaning rental equipment was not sustainable for him as a business owner.
After the engagement, Herring was able to step out of the day-to-day cleaning event equipment and managing bookings, and focusing his expertise on scaling and growing the business.
