Collaboration, Inc. is founded in Atlanta, GA. Our emphasis is on Education & Training around issues of Team Building, Communication and Management Training

OUR FOCUS: SMALL BUSINESS CONSULTING
We use the Askier Business Development Framework and build our capacities with Mentor and E-Myth training
2003
WE RELOCATE TO SAN LUIS OBISPO
Collaboration LLC Is formed in San Luis Obispo, CA. We continue to focus on Small Business Consulting
2004
ACHIEVE KAUFFMAN CERTIFICATION
We introduce Fast Trac Education Programs, including New Venture, Growth Venture and Listening to Your Business, into our consulting services. 395 people have now completed our programs.
2008
WE BEGIN USING WORKTRAITS
We introduce WorkTraits Communication Assessments to help teams learn to identify different communication styles and work together better

COLLABORATIVE LEADER ASSESSMENT LAUNCHED
We develop an assessment to measure trust and gauge feelings among employees

WE DEPLOY A STRATEGIC PLANNING FRAMEWORK
We begin incorporating a 5-year Plan and Strategy Methodology into our consultations
